How can I get an app into desgin mode? The login form displays...

We had a consultant at my company for many years. He is leaving soon and is not very forthcoming on the design and logic of the application. We were unable to get into design mode. Does that mean its an MDE? How can I get into design mode.... Any help would be great.

Hold the shift key depressed when opening the database.

I tried that, the app went straight into its login form.
I am thinking its an MDE...

I might have held the shift and enter....I'll try the shift by itself.

How do you launch it ?
If by a shorcut then have a look at the properties.
