I have multiple access points at my house. I also have a Centrino laptop that keeps jumping from the strong WAP to the weaker WAP. Is there a way to force it to use the strong WAP first and not keeping jumping back and forth. When it jumps, it goes from strong to weak to no signal and back. It is very frustrating. I do not currently have WEP enabled if that matters.

Thanks.

use different SSID's on the AP's. If thats not an option, add the mac address of the pc to only of the AP's, so that it can only associate with that specific AP. Or deny access to that mac address on the other AP's.
