How can I flash Nortel Firmware back to 1230 Set

I used this new phone for a sipxecs install, just like the Nortel scs. I now need to reverse this back to a nortel phone and put nortel firmware back. I tried the reset combo using the MAC address method, but that only works with a nortel firmware loaded. I have sipxecs firmware on the phone now
