How can I fix the text in a report footer to the bottom on every pages

I’ve an invoice whereby I use a page footer and a report footer.
In both there is some standard text. With a few orderliness (1 page) there is no problem, the report text will print to the bottom. But by more orderliness (1,5 pages) the report footer text will be print halfway the page, under the last order line.
How can I prevent this?
