I have a couple of computers in a network and all of them except one can see pdf's embedded in a web page. The one in question has Acrobat Writer version 5 and Reader version 7. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall 7 hoping it would reastablish the links in needed to work. This one system will open the pdf but not in the web page. This would be OK but the embedded links in the pdf do not work in this way. They all say they can not find the linked pdf file. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

Zych

Check the plugins for viewing PDFs in the browser preferences - such as use PDFviewer under File Helpers for IE.

Thanks for the advice. That didn't seem to solve anything so I uninstalled both Acrobat 7 and 5, then reinstalled 5 after a reboot. That seemed to fix everything.
