How can I find list of log on users??

On the server console you can see the logged on users on the monitor screen. If the monitor isn't running at the console prompt LOAD MONITOR.
From a workstation with path to sys\public enter the command: NLIST USERS /A /B to get a full list of logged on users, their login time and the ID of their NIC.
