how can I fax without a modem?

does anyone know of a desktop fax solution that utilizes a broadband connection or a voip that will work with a fax program? My office is connected through SDSL, but our phone system is not useable by the modems on our workstations. I need to find a desktop fax solution that will use a voip dialer or that will broadcast via the web on its own. Any ideas woudl be appreciated.

is a good option. You can just send the document as an e-mail, and it goes out via fax. Incoming ones come in as PDF-type attachments.

Cheaper than a dedicated phone line, even.
