How can I exclude the DLL's? 2

With Delphi I can run the programs at any computer without the Dll's, but in c++ builder if I try to run the program in a pc that has not installed the compiler, it ask me for some Dll's.

So what can I do to implement this dll's to the exe file o what can I do.... please!!

Uncheck the "include dynamic RTL"
Uncheck "build with runtime libraries"
