How can i erase the internet explorer history using VBscript?

the more important question is 'how do i delete my history'? perhaps it is a lis of files you need to delete in a folder? or a bunch of registry keys you need to delete?
a question like 'how do i delete all the files in %userprofile%\ie\histry' in vbscript will get a better answer
