How can I encrypt a file on Solaris that is self-executing in Windows?

Hi All,
I am trying to find a binary that will encrypt a file on Solaris and then run natively on a Win32 system. The file should be self-extracting and require a key to decrypt.

Any ideas? Thanks
 
i do not think such a binary is available. Different programming models, binary formats, etc.
