How can I edit the IS storage limit warning message?

I administer a network with multiple site and bridgehead servers supporting 6000+ users. We have mailbox storage limits set on the IS of each site server to enable us to manage the storage capacity. A corporate policy has changed, which means I need to edit the warning message that is issued when a user reaches their limits. Does anyone know how?

" then Issue Warning you are not able to alter this message and it is created by the System Attendant.
