Do you have access to Avaya Support CS1000 downloads are:

You need the Linux base USB version - cs1000-linuxbase-7.50.17.00_cf.exe , 7.5.x
and you want the applications for to add to you Deployment Server - cs1000-linux-75017-P103-M00.nai , 7.5.x
