I'm running a box with Windows XP Pro 32-bit, last week I had to do a reformat do to a bad O.S. crash. I have a copy of Office XP 2002 Professional and a copy of Office Ultimate 2007 that I was given (long story).

Here's what I need to do, which is I need to do a complete wipe, at least I think, of Office. It's not working. I installed 2002 and then 2007.

How can I clean out the registry, etc. Or is this what needs to be done?

Thanks,
jb

Have you tried removing (uninstalling) the Office programs via Add or Remove in the Control Panel?

Disk Cleanup should also have an option in one of the boxes to delete Office Setup files.

Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

Have a look at some of the third party uninstallers that are on the market.
