How can I disable CTRL key in my program.... I'm trying to avoid ctrl+alt+del to stop an application.

I'm working on a program for our computer laboratory wherein the students will logIn to a PC before he/she can use one... But what's happening is that, they just press ctrl+alt+del and stops the LogIn program and use the PC without entering their username and password.
