What is the command that will show me what (if any) extensions are disabled.

Thanks

go into ld 32

I think the command is LDIS 4 0 3 where 4 0 3 is loop shelf card

or do

stat 4 0 3

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

What does STAT command do? I have a DN 2210 that I think may be disabled...How can I check?

If you know the TN, in LD 20 you can type
STAT XX XX XX XX (Where X is the TN)

do the following:

logi:
pass?

Log into the system.

LD 20

Req: prt
Type: DNB
DN: 2210
enter through until it prints out the TN

then:

Req: STAT (TN goes here) 4 0 0 1

it will tell you if it's disabled or idle.

Got it thanks...Its Idle...I had to move physically had to move someone's phone. So I punched down the cable and it tones out just fine...However I am not getting any dial tone???

digital or analog?.. digital may be reversed, a ld 32 idu x x x x (tn) will tellyou if the switch can see the phone.. your tone should have a green light on a normal tn, might want to test it on a known good digital set to see, another thing is you may need to disu then enlu the set, that doesn't happen much anymore but the software just may need a jump start...
