How can i delete a systemordner?

in windows explorer i go to desktop, there are any systemordners like "eigene dateien or papierkorb or arbeitsplatz (workplace)" i have one named "WF_STP Pro Explorer" and i want to delete it, but this is not possible!!

????

click with the right mousebutton on the icon and look for delete or remove. it should work like that

but it doesn`t work!!
it only shows open, explorer ans make a link.

i deletet all things of WS_FTP Pro Explorer but the icon doesn`t disappear.

your tip only work with a not system ordner.
