How can I customize the print comments options

I'd like to be able to print comments with connector lines on single pages, but Adobe shrinks the text and uses way to much space for the comments. Can you adjust these settings?

Also is it possible to print all of the comments seperately in order for the entire document and not page by page?

To your first question- I don’t think so.

To your second:
there are options to printing comments.
To access them go to:
file/ print with comments
at which time a dialog will come up offering options.
