How can I convert a Number to the Word representation?

I am looking for an Actuate solution to the following problem; Converting a numeric value to it's equivalent word representation, should be a typical cheque printing routine.

For Example I need to take the number 13,503 and be able to display it as, thirteen thousand five hundred three.
