How can i control the USB port of domain client with domain server?

hi all

i have 2 domain controller servers which are Window 2003 R2 and more than 50 client which are window XP SP2. They have fully setup infrastructure like DNS, AD, GPO. I want to control the client's USB port form domain server (win 2003 R2). i don't want to allow the USB usage at Client computer cause of security. How can i solve that case?
