How can I configure M3901 on a meridian?

Hello I have a new phone M3901 Meridian and I dont know how to set up in my Nortel PBX, I used to have only the types 2616,2006 and 500, but I dont have experienced with these new ones. Could I change just the type from 2616 type to 3901? how?

You can't change the set type. You need to out it and rebuild it. Under type put 3901. Then fill in the prompts you need (hunt, fna, etc).

Also make sure you're abouve release 21 for to enable the phone features to work

truth about the sl-1, ld 11...new...type=3901,tn= x x x x carriage return past any prompt you don't know the answer to. when you get to key then=0 scr1234.. and you now have a set with one line on it. the same is true for an analog, except use dn= (exten)... all other prompts hunt tgar ncos and class (cls) are the same as 2616's
