How can i compare 2 files and said mae wat is the change

I have two files with this information:

04-01-2002 10:22 <DIR> Documents
04-01-2002 10:22 <DIR> Program Files
15-01-2002 07:51 <DIR> Andr‚
18-04-2002 14:04 0 LMSCRIPT.$$$

and I want to compare this two files and give me the change preferetion the &quot;volumen&quot; of the files

I am unsure what files you are speaking of, you have listed 4 directories and one empty one (LMSCRIPT.$$$). please offer more information.

this list is just a command : dir /s >ped.dat
and I want to compare this file and other that i made after other and give me the changes of possible files in this list preferential the &quot;volumen&quot; of the files.
