I have two different ISPs (as we all do {) and regularly check my e-mail from the two. They both use POP3 and SMTP3. When connected to the internet useing ISP 1, if I click on 'Send and Recieve' it will send and recieve all of ISP 1s e-mails, then go get e-mails from the host of a couple of websites I mess with, but when it gets to collecting ISP 2s e-mail it won't allow it.
Any ideas?

This is ISP related... might be that ISP 2 is denying access to their POP and SMTP servers to IP's outside their IP range...

You should be able to pick up mail from ISP2's POP3 server but you won't be allowed to send to it's SMTP server. Set the mail profile up on ISP2 to use the SMTP server of ISP1.
