Hi all

I am working with PowerBuilder, and using Datawindows to retrieve and update data from iseries AS400 Database (DB2). However, even that I close the windows forms my DBA says that I have files(in the database) opened, as a result, consuming memory resources in the Server Database.

Do you know a way to close them?, maybe I am doing something wrong, I work with AS400 as it was any other database, I don't have any other problem that that.

I'd really appreciate your reply. Thanks in advance.

PD: I am using iseries Client Access ODBC to perform the conection.

Can your DBA give you some specific DB2 command to 'close' the files?
