How can I clear Notes Outbox 1

A pop up window appears when I exit or launch Notes that states "Do you want to send mail from your outbox". I clicked 'yes', the first time it appeared and it sent duplicate emails to everyone I had emailed. I tried to open MAIL.BOX and delete all the emails from there and although I did, it still comes up with the same message. How can I clear my outbox so this message doesn't appear and I can replicate.

there is also another outgoing mailbox, smtp.box.
Try looking in there.
Mail.box is for Domino mail
SMTP.box is for internet mail
It depends on what you are using. Only the one you are using should be available, they are only created if you have the right options enabled, so it may not exist.

Changing the option 'send out going mail' in the location document specifies which to use.

If mail is in an outgoing mail box without a service to send it, it will keep going round in this loop.

If only the correct one exists, I suppose you could try deleting (or moving might be better) the outgoing mailbox file. A new one should be created when you next try to send mail to the outbox
