How can I change the display order of our users name?

Hello,

We have a Windows Server 2008/Exchange 2007 environment. Recently, management has requested that we change the display order or our users names from First Name Last Name to Last Name, First Name.

Does anyone know how we can do this global for all users and going forward, for any new users?
