How can I change the color scheme of a window

I have a popup window showing the titlebar and the popup window border in the browsers default colour. I would like to change the color of both these to something of my choosing.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am assuming you want to change it via javascript in your code. Keep in mind that you can only do this in windows you generated from your code. Go here:

Thanks for help. Unfortuantely, I am unable to place author credit on the site I am working on. In addition, we build everything to work in both Explorer and Netscape. So I appreciate the cleverness of the code you have pointed me to but am unable to use it.
