how can i change my DBGrid row color

You cannot.
Well, if you want to highlighth rows, with blue, then you can by adding them to the selbookmark collection, but as soon as the user clicks somewhere on the grid, they will disappear.
Try a third party grid ( or use the FlexGrid (not fully bound and must write code (not difficult) in order to beable to edit it).
