I run a single PC, and don't have a server. I goofed and somehow every time I try to send an email, outlook searches for LDAP. How can I change outlook adresses back to the contacts folder? Please help.

Not knowing exacly how you're setup here's my first guess: Right click on the Contacts icon, Properties, Outlook Address Book tab, make sure 'Show this folder as an Outlook Address book' is checked.

If that's not it, your answer is in Tools, Services. But I can't give specifice without knowing what version of Outlook you've got or what services you have enabled.

Thanks for the response....

Found the way out of my problem:

Start Outlook 2002, and on the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Click View or change existing directories or address books, and then click Next.
Click the LDAP type name, click Remove, and then click Yes.
Then add contacts in place of LDAP.
