How can I change assigned voice ports

I have a BCM400 and just setup Call Center using Call Pilot. I have a problem when customers call they sometimes do not get to my call center or are left with dead air (indefinitely).

Using BCM Monitor I notice the system has 1 voice port for Call Center and 5 for Voice Mail. This problem seems to happen whenever I get a new call when the Call Center port is busy. I tried adding more voice ports however they all added to voice mail and I still have the problem. Is there a way I can add ports directly to Call Center?

 
You may want to take this to the BCM forum, as the Call Pilot on BCMs is different than it is on PBX.
 
just go back through the call pilot wizard, no other way
