I have a BCM400 and just setup Call Center using Call Pilot. I have a problem when customers call they sometimes do not get to my call center or are left with dead air (indefinitely).
Using BCM Monitor I notice the system has 1 voice port for Call Center and 5 for Voice Mail. This problem seems to happen whenever I get a new call when the Call Center port is busy. I tried adding more voice ports however they all added to voice mail and I still have the problem. Is there a way I can add ports directly to Call Center?
