Is it possible? If so how do I do this? Thanks.

You can't change it within windows. You could make the current boot drive a slave on another system and make LOTS of changes to LOTS of files and registery keys, but that's a very difficult and unreliable solution. Your best bet is to set up a drive that boots as J, then install windows to it from scratch.
