How can I callout before restarting from SP?

hello all,

I would like to use callout before restart function of service processer when AIX downed by panic.

I setted up following Menus.

1.CONFIGURE REBOOT POLICY menu
Use the O/S Defined Restart Policy -> Yes
Enable Supplemental Restart Policy -> Yes
Call Out Before Restart -> on
2.Chsnge / Show Characteristics of Operating System
Automatically REBOOT system after a crash -> true

And ofcource, callout function works normaly.
But, thiscase only does not work.
I am not sure this setting is good or not.

Could I have your advices?
