how can i call to extension number from Outside IN CALL PILOT 150

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Call pilot 150 using in my office.if i call from outside to my office i want set company greetings and if they dial extention number it will got directly that extension number(Ex.greeting want set "welcome to my company if know the extension please dial a extension number you want speak" like this i want). please anybody give some ideas

By default you can setup the greeting how you want, you will still be able to dial any extension unless "DN Dialing" is disabled in the Table settings.

Voice Mail is complex and best to call a vendor in to discuss/program if you do not know how.
