I am in the process of setting up an FTP server on MS Win2K3. Once live, this server will recive a large amount of files each day.
What I need to know is, how can I be sure these files have been scanned by Real Time protection ? Once they hit the server an application will be running that will take these files and copy the information held in them into a database, so they aren't on the server for long.
Is it possible to specifiy within Norton a target directory to scan files as they come into it, and then either mark them as scanned or move them into a different directory once they've been scanned so we know they're clean ?
Any help would be really appreciated.
TIA
Rob
