Hi,

I am not sure if I am in the right forum for my question. If I am not, I am sure one of you will gladly point me in the right direction. I am so thankful for tek-tips and all of you that participate on this site.

Here is my problem:

Currently in our office we use outlook express to send and recieve email messages. One particular message that I constantly recieve is from a lead generation company. Within the email is the name, address and email address of the client with whom I am to contact. I cannot use the auto response feature built in outlook express to respond to our potential client due to the fact that the email message itself is from the lead generation company we pay not our potential client. Does anyone know of a particular software program that will allow me to get the email address of our potential client from the body of the message and then in turn automatically send them a response. Or even a step further, how would I not only send an automated response telling the customer that the quote they are interested in is on its way but also actually compile a quoted based on the information provided in the email. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
