How can I append/insert multiple text files into one .dbf file using java script /html command

I have sample program design using textbox and command button that you can see from attached docs.
I want to display only the path/directory(C:\Folder-1015\) not included .txt files on the 2nd textbox upon clicking the browsefolder button and the append button is for the insert/append all .txt files record into one database file(master.dbf) using Javascript/html codes.

Can you help me on sample script to be used in coding inside buttons. your help is most highly appreciate. Thanks
