How can I add records to a table from the values in a list box

I'm currently trying to add record(s) to a table from the values in a list box. For example, let's say that I have a list box with the following values: "Susan", "Jim" , "Frank" and wish to add them to my Customers Table in the field [First_Name].

The listbox has a .text property which can be manipulated in the same way as if you were using a textbox.
