How can I add $PATH variables

Hi.

Is it possible to give $PATH variable on same time when I start apache?

example like this?

./apachectl startssl $PATH=/home/../../...

If not. How can I add $PATH-variables ?

Let's ask a different question back to you...

What are you going to use the amended $PATH to do while in Apache. More than likely it's controllable in a configuration file for apache, php, perl, modules, etc.
