How can I add new contact and task in Groupise...

Hello, I need help for importing contacts and tasks from an SL database system.

Can I access the groupwise information store to add contacts created by users in my SQL database using the JAVA language.

Can that contacts be added to particular user accounts or must they be added in a general adressbook...

If someone could give me a little example how i can do That i would be great....
