How can i access different fields and records, aka "one cell", and put them into one field in another table or query?

I'm making a query. I have a table with lots of data to calculate depreciation which I have to get to make calculations.... It this was the table:

key fld1 fld2 fld3 fld4 fld5
1 1 2 3 4 5
2 4 5 6 7 8
3 3 7 9 2 4
4 2 3 4 5 6

Say I need to pull values from these locations:
1,fld1
3,fld4
4,fld2

... I need to put them in a another field to make:
1
2
3
