Exactly, 10.10.10.1 is the Lan1 Ip adress(the one on the right). Assign any adress in the same subnet(10.10.10.5) on your pc and you'll be able to access the bcm webpage and from there, under Administrator applications,download and install "bcm element manager" and you're ready to go..
