How can automate archiving mailboxes?

I assume you have the list of passwords.
Prob have to d/l some of the Novell 3POs or APIs
for ActiveX, COM, Beans or C to gain access to the PO.
Easier to run GWBACKUP?

Well, what are you trying to do?
Backup theie stuff in Gw:
Why not just use GWBackup?
Else you will have to access each mailbox via
program code that uses a password, one per box.
Right?
Else you are looking at rolling your own.

You can AutoArchive in GW if that's what you mean. It's under Tools/Options/Environment, I think. Don't have the program here riight now so can't give you the exact location. You can set all to autoarchive or select only parts and pick the location. Not sure if this is what you want.

Ok, I think I didn't explain myself good. This 100 mailbox belong to people who left the company. Before deleting their groupwise accounts, I have to archive somewhere, to save it on tapes and delete accounts, folders, archives of those person.
Manually, how I do. I access the mailbox of each person after changing his password for sure, set manually the folder where I want to archive and then launch the archive process. I do that one by one.. you can imagine how much it takes me.
What I`m looking a way to schedule this at night so I can come at the morning and 20 mailboxes are already done then I`ll have just to backup and delete accounts
