How can any user view comments from previous tasks with LAPI?

Hello,
somebody knows how to change te permisions task from LAPI in order to any user can view comments from previous tasks
? I know there is "WF_PERM_TASK_COMMENTS" constant in LAPI documentation but I don't know where or how use this constant.

Not sure I follow this qn.Usually the workflow designer when they make the map and step says consciously "Allow user to see WF comments from other steps"

So are you saying that on initiated workflows(note they are database representations of the workflow)once that have a workid/subworkid,that you want the step user to see "All Comments" like the map was designed like that.I am not sure if LAPI really allows you to manipulate maps like oscript does although from documentation it looks to me it is possible.

I can offer another solution,the wfcomments are stored in a table with keys of workid/subworkid.With Lapi you have that why not create a Livereport or direct database query and show it to the user ? emulating the format in the GUI

Thank you for your help.
The problem is that I change the permission in the workflow dessigner in order that all users can see all comments from other steps but when I start the workflow from LAPI all permissions are revoked I don´t know why, although in the workflow dessigner it appears with the permissions. I think because of something default of LAPI.

I think I will use something like you write, thank you very much.
