I have a user that asked me how to block our company name from appearing when she makes certain calls. Does anyone know how to do this, or where I should look to see what she needs to dial to do that?

We are trying to send out individual callerID via call manager, but it doesn't always work... it seems that the phone company is sending something out too (although they say they don't :) ). So I'm not sure if I need a CM command or an AT&T command.

Thanks for any advice!

We setup additional route patterns beginning with 9*67. and set the Calling Line ID Presentation and the Calling Name Presentation on the calling party to restricted. So basically you would have a 9.1555XXXXXXX (for normal calls to whatever area code), and a 9*67.1555XXXXXXX so that users could call out normally or dial 9*67 to block the caller ID presentation.
