How can a caller to zero out during an Extended Absence Greeting?

I have a Modular Messaging r3. I've noticed that when our users put in an optional greeting or an extended greeting, callers are forced to listen to the entire message before they can hit 0 to get the backup operator.

Is there any way that we can set this up so that callers can interrupt the message - NOT have to wait until the greeting is finished playing before they can "zero out" to the backup operator?

Optional greeting, yes it is interruptable. Extended Absence greeting, no it is not interruptable.
