Hi and thank you in advance for any help on the issue. Once we use to get a voicemail box we could normally press “0” and go to a reception which is Ext “221”. We cannot do that anymore. Callpilot was down recently and everything was built again...

Check Feature 982

It says the number you have dialed doesn’t exist in the directory..

thanks

Operator DN is 221...but it doesn't seem to go there...just gives use a the number you have dialed doesn't exist in the directory..

You say when you reach the voicemailbox; have you checked the target extension for that mailbox?

There are several places to make sure the attendant is set properly. What happens if you just intercom directly to 0? Does it ring ext 221? If it does then the programming your missing is on the v-mail side not the KSU.

As well as in the voicemail table you need to set it up under Feature 982 Auto Attendant Extension

thank you very much everyone, I was missing indeed the setup under Feature 982 Auto Attendant Extension and working great now....
