How Call Pilot Imaging can be takien

Any body please tell me how could i get image of call pilot.

again what hardware is it a card in the IPE shelf (i201) or an external server (hugh biege thing 1002rp)?

a card in IPE shelf (i201),for the 81C , also now customer wants that its existing initial(welcome) and final( all agents are busy) greeting/ announcements to be replaced with new mp3 format recording , i dont know much about all this , so please tell me using application builder how can i change announcements.

WinImage8.1 free or you can use Norton Ghost.

You don't need an image just a full backup to a Network drive. All the OS and Callpilot software comes one the CD Image. Or like above use Norton Ghost if you feel the need. As for putting on your new announcements I think they need to be WAV use CoolEdit or some such program to convert.
