If a microsoft word form contains a field for 'labor', a field for 'parts' and a field for 'total', how can I make the field for 'total' automatically add the amount for 'parts' and the amount for 'total'?

Also, if I have a field for 'release date', how do I make the field for 'production date' equal the date in the 'release date' field?

Thanks for any input.

Note: Any options that I do not list in the following instructions should be blank.
