how backup linux server?

hi,

I'm using veritas 8.5 to backup all my server, ain't problems with nt or 2000 server.

but thye problem that exist is when trying to backup a folder in a linux server, I installed samba, and when I use the network neighbor and I can see those folder, but when I try with veritas I get a error message when trying to access those folder.

what is the prb, is there an agent for linux server with veritas?

You will need an agent and, most likely, the multi-server version of backup exec if you don't already have it.
