How automate starting of ppp ???

Hi: I have configured my RH9 box as a ppp server, when i connect using my win98 machine, pp dont start automatically, i need to enable terminal after logon, next write telnet user/pass an write ppp at linux terminal, next i can connect via ppp.

I want not to use the telnet logon forst, how i can automate the ppp conextion?
