How and Where? - MSCE

I am living and working in Toronto Canada and want to get my MSCE certification without going to a college for training. How and where would I write the tests for this certification. Who do I pay the exam fees to? Can someone explain the process to me? -Thanks.

If all you are looking for are to take the tests then you need to contact a Microsoft authorised testing center. Here is the microsoft site that lists the companies that run the exam centers.

Personally I've been using Pearson VUE for my tests

I checked the site and I see 10 Pearson VUE testing centers in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
